1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Odyssey Logic LLC (“Odyssey Logic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Gizmo’s Math Arcade mobile application (the “App”), available on the Apple App Store.

Gizmo’s Math Arcade is designed for children under the age of 13. We take children’s privacy seriously and have designed the App to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines for the Kids Category, and other applicable privacy laws.

The short version: the App does not collect, store, or share personal information from children or any other users. The remainder of this Privacy Policy explains this in detail.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We have intentionally designed Gizmo’s Math Arcade so that it does not collect personal information. Specifically, the App does not:

• Require or allow account creation, registration, or sign-in;
• Collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact information;
• Collect photos, videos, or audio recordings, or access the device’s camera or microphone;
• Collect precise geolocation data;
• Contain third-party advertising of any kind, including behavioral or targeted advertising;
• Use third-party analytics or tracking services;
• Contain social media integrations or allow users to communicate with one another;
• Transmit gameplay data, scores, or progress off the device.

Game progress, scores, and settings are stored locally on the device only and are deleted if the App is removed.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store using the Apple ID associated with the device. Odyssey Logic LLC does not collect, receive, store, or have access to any payment information, such as credit card numbers or billing details. Apple may provide us with anonymized, aggregated sales reports that do not identify individual purchasers.

Purchases in the App are placed behind a parental gate designed to ensure that purchases are initiated by a parent or guardian rather than a child. Parents can further restrict or disable in-app purchases entirely using Apple’s Screen Time and Content & Privacy Restrictions settings on the device. 4. Information Collected Automatically by Apple

Like all apps distributed through the App Store, certain limited technical information (such as crash logs or aggregated usage statistics) may be collected by Apple in accordance with Apple’s own privacy policy and the device’s settings (for example, whether the device owner has opted in to “Share With App Developers” analytics). Any such information we receive from Apple is aggregated and anonymized and cannot be used by us to identify or contact any individual user. We do not combine this information with any other data.

5. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

We comply with COPPA. Because the App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13:

• We do not need to, and do not, seek verifiable parental consent for data collection, because no personal information is collected;
• We do not condition a child’s participation in any activity on the disclosure of personal information;
• We do not share, sell, or disclose children’s personal information to third parties, because none is collected.

If we ever change the App in a way that involves the collection of personal information from children, we will update this Privacy Policy first and obtain verifiable parental consent as required by COPPA before any such collection occurs.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that the App has somehow collected personal information from your child, please contact us using the information in Section 10, and we will promptly investigate and delete any such information.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

The App does not contain third-party advertising, third-party analytics, or social media integrations. No area of the App that is accessible to children contains links that leave the App. The App’s only outbound links — a link to this Privacy Policy and a link to the App’s page on the App Store — are located in the parent settings area behind a parental gate, in accordance with Guideline 1.3 of Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines for the Kids Category.

7. Data Security and Retention

Because the App does not collect or transmit personal information, there is no personal information for us to secure or retain on our servers. Game data stored locally on the device is under the control of the device owner and can be deleted at any time by deleting the App.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you or your child may have rights under privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Because we do not collect personal information through the App, there is generally no personal information for us to provide, correct, or delete. If you have questions about your rights or wish to make a request, please contact us using the information in Section 10, and we will respond as required by applicable law.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last Updated” date. If we make material changes — in particular, any change that would involve the collection of personal information from children — we will provide prominent notice and obtain any legally required consents before the change takes effect. We encourage parents to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
