  • Device and browser information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, device identifiers, screen resolution, and language preferences;

  • Cookie and tracking data: as described in Section 4 below.

We may receive information about you from third-party sources, such as analytics providers (e.g., Google), advertising networks, and publicly available sources, and may combine it with information we collect through the Site.

We use the information we collect for various business and commercial purposes, including to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our Services;
  • Respond to your inquiries, comments, and requests, and provide customer support;
  • Send you administrative information, such as updates, security alerts, and changes to our policies;

Cookies are small data files placed on your device when you visit a website. We and our third-party partners use cookies, web beacons, pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, and similar tracking technologies (collectively, “Cookies”) to collect information automatically, remember your preferences, understand how you interact with the Site, and deliver relevant advertising.

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for the operation of the Site, such as enabling core functionality and security features.
  • Performance and Analytics Cookies: Allow us to recognize and count visitors, and to see how visitors move around the Site (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Functionality Cookies: Used to recognize you when you return to the Site and remember your preferences.
  • Targeting and Advertising Cookies: Record your visit to the Site, the pages you have visited, and the links you have followed. We and our advertising partners use this information to make advertising more relevant to your interests, including through remarketing and interest-based advertising.

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. Please note that if you disable or refuse cookies, some parts of the Site may become inaccessible or not function properly. For more information about cookies and how to manage them, visit www.allaboutcookies.org.

Where required by applicable law (for example, for visitors from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), we will request your consent before placing non-essential Cookies on your device via a cookie consent banner or similar mechanism.

We use third-party services on the Site that may collect, process, and transmit information about you. These include, without limitation:

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”), to help us understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses Cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as your IP address, device information, and browsing activity, and generates reports on Site usage. Google may use the data collected to contextualize and personalize ads within its own advertising network.

You can learn more about how Google uses data at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You may opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We may use Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and related advertising and tag-management services to deliver targeted advertisements to you on third-party websites and services based on your prior visits to our Site (“remarketing” or “retargeting”). These services use Cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your past interactions with the Site.

You can customize or opt out of personalized Google advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings at https://adssettings.google.com. You may also opt out of certain third-party interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance at https://optout.aboutads.info and the Network Advertising Initiative at https://optout.networkadvertising.org.

The Site uses Google Fonts, a font-embedding service provided by Google, to display typefaces consistently. When you visit a page that uses Google Fonts, your browser may connect to Google’s servers and transmit certain information, including your IP address, browser information, and the page you are visiting, so that the fonts can be delivered to your browser. We do not control the data Google collects through this service. For more information, see Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and Google Fonts FAQ at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq.

The Site may embed videos hosted on YouTube, a service operated by Google. When you view a page containing an embedded YouTube video, a connection to YouTube’s servers may be established, and YouTube may collect information about your visit, including your IP address and viewing behavior, and may set Cookies on your device. If you are logged into your YouTube or Google account, YouTube may associate this information with your account. Where feasible, we use YouTube’s “privacy-enhanced mode,” which limits the placement of Cookies until you play a video. For more information, see Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

We may use additional third-party services from time to time, such as hosting providers, content delivery networks, payment processors, email service providers, and social media platforms. These third parties have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

6. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With vendors, consultants, and other service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, advertising, payment processing, and customer support;
  • Advertising and Analytics Partners: With third-party advertising and analytics companies as described in Sections 4 and 5;
  • Business Transfers: In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, acquisition, dissolution, or similar transaction, in which case your information may be transferred as a business asset;
  • Legal Compliance and Protection: When we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our agreements and policies; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Odyssey Logic LLC, our users, or others; or to detect, prevent, or address fraud or security issues;
  • Affiliates: With our subsidiaries and affiliates, if any, for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy;
  • With Your Consent: For any other purpose disclosed to you at the time we collect the information or with your consent.

We do not sell your personal information in exchange for monetary consideration. However, certain sharing of information with advertising partners through Cookies may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain state laws (see Section 10).

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, tax, or reporting requirements, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When we no longer need personal information, we will delete, anonymize, or securely store it in accordance with applicable law.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 16. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We will respond to your request within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Marketing opt-out: You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails. Even after opting out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.

Do Not Track: Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signal. Because there is no industry-wide standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, the Site does not currently respond to them, except where required by law (such as recognized opt-out preference signals like Global Privacy Control, where applicable; see Section 10).
